1. Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our product collection, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. It’s quick, simple, and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we begin preparing orders promptly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@sweetdelux.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount for standard purchases through our website. However, wholesale and custom orders may have minimum quantity requirements — see our Wholesale & Custom Orders section below for details.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! SWEETDELUX digital gift cards are available in a range of denominations and make a wonderful gift for anyone who appreciates artisanal treats. Gift cards can be purchased directly on our website and are delivered by email.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada. Local pickup is also available for customers in the Surrey, BC area. Please see below for international shipping details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within British Columbia typically takes 2–4 business days. For the rest of Canada, please allow 5–8 business days. Processing times are generally 1–2 business days before dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada only. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to expand in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international delivery becomes available.

3. Products & Ingredients

Are your products handmade?

Yes — every SWEETDELUX product is handcrafted in small batches right here in Surrey, BC. We believe that making our confections by hand is the only way to ensure the quality, texture, and flavour our customers deserve.

What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality, carefully sourced ingredients including real fruit, premium butter, natural sugars, and pure extracts. We never use artificial colours or flavours. Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page and label.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some of our products contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. All allergen information is clearly listed on each product page and packaging. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Are your products suitable for vegans or those with dietary restrictions?

Several of our products — including select fruit jams and fruit leather — are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Product pages indicate dietary suitability. If you have specific needs, please reach out to us at info@sweetdelux.com and we’ll be happy to help you find the right options.

How should I store my SWEETDELUX products?

Storage instructions vary by product. In general, our jams and preserves should be refrigerated after opening, while our candy, polvoron, and fruit leather are best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Detailed storage guidance is included on every label.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life depends on the product. Unopened jams typically last several months, while baked goods and pâtisserie items are best enjoyed within a few days of delivery for peak freshness. Every product is labelled with a best-before date.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@sweetdelux.ca with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our team at info@sweetdelux.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?

As our products are perishable, direct exchanges are not available. However, if there was an error with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to send the correct item at no additional cost.

5. Wholesale & Custom Orders

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for cafés, restaurants, gift shops, and specialty retailers. Please email us at info@sweetdelux.com with details about your business and the products you’re interested in, and we’ll send over our wholesale catalogue and pricing.

Can I place a custom or bulk order for events?

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke selections for special occasions. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, holiday gathering, or corporate event, we can tailor an assortment to suit your needs. Reach out to us to discuss your vision.

Do you offer wedding or corporate favours?

We do! Our handmade jams, polvoron, and confections make elegant and memorable favours. We offer custom packaging and labelling options to match your event’s theme. Contact us early to discuss quantities and customization.

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

We recommend placing custom orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for preparation, quality checks, and any custom packaging. For large orders or peak seasons (holidays, wedding season), 6–8 weeks’ notice is ideal.
